REVIEW: Good Taiwanese food eatery in Singapore: Breakfast Hola 早餐好了 - Taiwanese Style cafe at Chinatown South Bridge Road

I was on my way to a haircut and passed by Breakfast Hola 早餐好了. Turns out they are pretty new having opened in June last month! It's walking distance from Chinatown MRT station and also pretty near Maxwell food centre.  As with the shop name, they sell a variety of breakfast and Taiwanese food. I went during lunchtime and the eatery was not packed but there were groups of Officer workers having lunch. If you're looking to satisfy your Taiwan food cravings in Chinatown, Breakfast Hola is a good place to go.

Not sure why there's a Spanish word in Breakfast Hola's name. Hola is a Spanish greeting used when meeting someone. It does sound inviting to someone looking for a good breakfast food spot though.

Address: 280 South Bridge Rd, Singapore 058829

Opening Hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm

The food & beverages here are priced affordably. Toasts ($4.50 - $5.80), Thick slices toast ($4.50), Club Sandwiches ($7.90), Handmade Egg crepe roll ($4.50 - $6.50), Noodles & Rice ($4.80 - $7.80) and Drinks from $2.00 - $4.80. The menu is right below if you want to refer to individual prices.

I ordered their Authentic Taiwanese Braised Pork Rice and handmade scallion oil pancake roll with egg and ham.

The braised pork rice was topped with a sunny side and heaps of braised pork and cucumbers. There was more braised pork underneath the egg. So generous! They were flavourful and tender.

The scallion oil pancake was so good too! It was super crispy, flaky texture, and aromatic taste.
