Tim Ho Wan Celebrates Singapore’s 57th Birthday with “Our Nation's Favourites” Limited-Time Special

It’s Singapore’s 57th birthday and Tim Ho Wan is celebrating the occasion with a limited-time special featuring “Our Nation’s Favourites”. Available from 28 July 2022, the series pays homage to some of Singapore’s most beloved dishes and infuses the flavors with your favorite dim sum!

Fried Chilli Crabmeat Spring Roll ($7.50) and Baked Abalone Chicken Pie ($8.30)

First up is the Fried Chilli Crabmeat Spring Roll ($7.50), which envelops the palate with its marriage of mildly spicy, sweet, and savory notes. Chunks of crab meat and house-concocted chili crab sauce are wrapped in spring roll pastry skin, then deep-fried to a golden brown with a crispy exterior.   

An all-time favorite classic, the Baked Abalone Chicken Pie ($8.30) is a finer rendition filled with a medley of ingredients such as abalone, diced chicken, mushrooms, carrots, and white onions, slow-cooked in creamy white sauce. It boasts a crumbly texture and is baked to a buttery fragrance.

    

Chilli Crabmeat Bun ($8.80)

The dim sum version of Singapore’s national dish, the Chilli Crabmeat Bun ($8.80) is filled with house-concocted chili crab sauce with crabmeat chunks. Each mouthful of the bun is chock-full of flavors — relish its combination of spicy, sweet, and savory goodness! This dish is available in both fluffy steamed buns or lightly fried buns. 

Snow Rabbit Pandan Coconut Pudding ($6.30) 

Shaped in an adorable rabbit form, the Snow Rabbit Pandan Coconut Pudding ($6.30) combines two nostalgic flavors that Singaporeans grow up with. The creamy rich sweetness of the coconut pudding melds impeccably with the scented pandan flavor.
