Trying out yet another Italian place for their Cacio e Pepe! Pasta & Co. serves Italian cuisine of artisanal fresh handmade pasta with a twist of flavors. They are located inside Fortune Center which housed many food eateries. This was my first time and there were so many people eating inside.

I have never seen this Fusilli Lunghi Bucati before! The texture reminds me of instant noodles but with a thicker version. They are the longer version of the better-known and more popular short fusilli pasta.
Their version of cacio e pepe is made with their Secret Pepper Mix, and Parmigiano & Pecorino Cheese. Rich flavors but the peppery flavors were more robust. I wished that more cheese was added to balance it out.
