As the name suggests, their menu is simple, with only 3 options. The 3 options are Shredded Chicken with Fishball Noodles ($3), Shredded Chicken with Dish Dumpling Noodles ($4), and Fishball with Fish Dumpling Noodles ($5).

The shredded chicken noodles consist of cooked and shredded chicken, served on top of a bed of springy noodles that have been cooked until tender. The noodles are accompanied by shredded chicken, mushrooms, fish balls, and fish dumplings. The dish is finished with chopped green onions, which add a burst of fresh flavor and a touch of color.

The shredded chicken is cooked until it's very soft and then shredded and has a slightly stringy or fibrous texture. Though the star is the fish dumplings with their firm and slightly chewy texture. Everything is handmade from scratch with love from mincing the fish, making the skin, and putting them together.
