REVIEW: Good Teochew Fishball Noodle in Singapore: Ah Hua Teochew Fishball Noodle at Pandan Gardens Singapore

We finally made our way to Pandan Gardens to try out Ah Hua Teochew Fishball Noodle! Our order consisted of their renowned dry-style mee tai mak and dry mee pok. Despite the seemingly modest appearance of the mee tai mak, it was bursting with flavors of sesame oil, lard, and fish sauce, creating a harmonious symphony of taste in every bite. The addition of a single abalone elevated the dish, imparting a touch of elegance that took our culinary experience to new heights.

Address: 415 Pandan Gardens, #01-117, Singapore 600415

Opening Hours: 8am - 3.30pm

Closed on Sunday

To maintain this high standard, the restaurant has adjusted its operating hours, shortening them to prepare everything fresh for the following day. This dedication to craftsmanship shines through in their soup, which is served with an assortment of delectable additions. From fish balls and meatballs to herh kiao, fish cakes, and prawn balls, each element contributes to a symphony of flavors that will leave you craving for more.

Despite visiting on a weekend morning, the coffee shop surprisingly wasn't crowded at all.
