At Fook Kee Ipoh Famous Claypot Noodle, they take their broth seriously. They simmer it to perfection, infusing it with the goodness of fresh vegetables, an array of meats, and a medley of aromatic spices. The result? A luscious and robust base that harmonizes flawlessly with the star of the show - crispy noodles. They remain crunchy for a while before they start to soften, providing a pleasant crunch as I drink the soup.

On my recent visit, I couldn't resist ordering their Signature claypot noodles. What arrived at my table was a masterpiece - a delightful medley of minced pork, chicken balls, pork slices, pork liver, egg, and cabbage, all swimming in that rich, flavorful broth.

The morent I took my first sip, I knew I was in for something special. The soup was a burst of flavors and It was so incredibly flavorful that I found myself savoring every last drop. The secret? I suspect it lies in the crispy egg noodles they used. These noodles seemed to have imparted their unique essence into the broth, creating a delightful synergy of textures and tastes.
