REVIEW: Good Koay teow th'ng in Penang: Ah Boy Koay Teow Th'ng in Penang, Malaysia

Ah Boy Koay Teow Th'ng has been a long-standing stall since 1977. They are also listed in the Michelin Guide. What sets them apart is their special broth, created by slow-cooking pork and chicken bones to perfection, resulting in a delightful sweetness. Personally, I'm a big fan! Their Koay Teow soup is excellent, featuring a clear and flavorful broth.

Address: Lebuh Clarke, George Town, 10050 George Town, Pulau Pinang, Malaysia

The standard order includes chicken slices, meatball, fried fishball, fishball, and pork tendon ball that carry a hint of ginger heat, all for the incredible price of just $5.5rm. This was served drizzled with deep-fried garlic oil and garnished with spring onions. It's a fantastic deal! They have a variety of toppings and I added fish maw and egg to mine.
