RECIPE: Pasta with Meatballs, pesto and olives

Recipe adapted from www.oliviascuisine.com
The preparation and serving of this tasty and hearty pasta recipe take just a few minutes. If you want, you can use IKEA meatballs. Olives are low in carbo and are a good source of a few micronutrients including vitamin E, iron, copper, and calcium. Vitamin E is also a powerful antioxidant.

This is super creamy with pesto sauce and parmesan cheese. You can probably reserve some pasta water for this as well.
