With reference to my post on how to make simple longevity noodles, I have came up with a couple of variations! I mean it's not just longevity noodles for CNY, you can have this everyday too. I used salmon, scallops, shrimp wonton, prawns, egg, vegetables. There's endless possibilities with this recipe. You will get the fragrant and yummy noodles every time. :)
