here for all the Bukit timah cafes that i have been to. The cafe is also very near to the Botanic Garden train station.
Anyways back to sugarhaus, this cafe sells everything from brunches, pastas, waffles, ice creams, cakes, etc. Limited indoor seatings but many outdoor seats which they could make an effort to keep clean.
This is the galaxy tart that is coated with a beautiful white chocolate mirror glaze and filled with chocolate mousse, raspberry jelly and chocolate crumble. I like the chocolate crumble at the bottom cuz it is very crunchy. Super instagram worthy but too chocolaty for me.
I also had the tagliatelle Bolognese which is essentially just al ˈdɛnte Egg tagliatelle topped with thick generous beef ragu sauce. You can see from the picture that the pasta is very well-coated with the sauce. Very nice. :)
