REVIEW: PASTE BANGKOK - MICHELIN STAR POSH THAI FOOD

Another 1 michelin star ⭐️ restaurant that i managed to eat at in Bangkok. Paste bangkok is located at the top floor of high class shopping centre Gaysorn. I came without prior reservations and they let me in but i think it is best to make reservations before going. The restaurant is dimly lit at night. Very good ambience. Probably good to go for lunch instead of dinner if you want to get nice photos. I love their service. Very attentive staffs.

This was the Smoky southern yellow curry of gulf of Thailand spanner crab with hummingbird flowers, Thai samphire & turmeric. A generous serving of crab adds a decadent spin to this thai dish. It is just bursting with flavor from each mouthful. Best paired with their fragrant rice. 🍚

I also ordered the Chanthaburi province noodles with gulf of Thailand blue crab, curry paste, fresh coconut milk & dried scallop floss. The additional of curry paste, crab and scallop floss gave the dish a truly addictive thai flavor and umami.
