REVIEW: 翠华 Tsui Wah Singapore - Overrated or not?

We tried the Crispy Bread, Spiced pork chop with green onion and eggs fried rice and Kagoshima style braised cartilage in fish soup with mi Xian. What have you tried there? Btw, due to overwhelming response from their first day opening, a lot of food items are sold out on the second day. I wish I could have tried other things as some of the items here I could have get better elsewhere.

I ordered the 鸳鸯相对 Yuan Yeung(Coffee & Tea).
Although, the Yuan Yeung(Coffee & Tea) is a popular drink in HK and is a staple that they love to order in Cha Chaan Teng, but the taste is Super bitter. 😂 Definitely a big NO for me. ☕️❌

Crispy bread with condensed milk.
The famous crispy bread that is lathered with butter and drizzled in condensed milk. Buttery sweet taste that made the bread yummy.

Spiced pork chop with green onion and eggs fried rice.
The pork chop wasn't that tough, but the rice portion is very pathetic leh. Did they use a super shallow bowl to plate that? I have eaten portions that is bigger than this at DTF and crystal jade. 

Kagoshima style braised cartilage in fish soup with Mi Xian.
The Mi Xian was good with melt in your mouth braised cartilage.
