REVIEW: CAFFE PRALET BY CREATIVE CULINAIRE

I saw people having this little bee cake on Instagram and it's the cutest cake ever. I had to go try it on my off day. My intention is to go there for lunch and have a small desert. They are not selling the Hua Tiao Vongole anymore which is disappointing!! 

They have this build your own bowl instead. You can choose your base, flavor and add ons. I chose the white grain short rice as my base and the mentaiko battered fish as my bowl flavor. The battered fish consists of mentaiko cream, furikake pumpkin, tri-colored slaw and ebiko. The fish is well fried and is kind of tender on the inside and light and crisp on the outside. If you know me well enough, you will know that i ordered this coz its MENTAIKO!! Very flavorful cream~ For the add ons, i chose the 75oc onsen egg and truffle shimeji mushrooms. You also have an option to make this into a set. I chose the drink + cake option. 

The Chrysanthemum honey bee cake is so good too! The cake is glazed in chrysanthemum and is mildly sweet with an honey note. I love it! Very creative too.
