Hao Kee Seafood Deluxe.
Saw a review of this chao ta beehoon on @misstamchiak 's instagram page and I knew I had to go try this!!! Beehoon cooked in fried lard, seafood and vegetables, then made crisp by flattening into a pancake shape and cooked until chaota. Must try if you're at Braddell. This store is opposite SPH so it will not be hard to miss. :)
Apart from the chao ta beehoon few posts ago, I also tried their white beehoon! Think moist beehoon drenched in a gooey eggy sauce with seafood and vegetables. If only the sauce was more flavorful, this would be perfect.
