 Recipe adapted from https://norecipes.com/mentaiko-pasta-recipe. If you don't know by now, i love mentaiko alot!!! I'm thinking of buying a blow torch so i can make the charred effect. hahaha 


  • 1/2 cup Mentaiko Cream
  • 1/4 cup Olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ground black pepper
  • 1 lb Spaghetti
  • 2 tablespoons Cultured unsalted butter
  • Tobiko
Cooking Directions
  1. Cook the Spaghetti in a pot for around 10 minutes to achieve al dente texture. Please read the instructions on the box/packaging of your pasta for specific timings.
  2. Stir and combine the olive oil, black pepper and mentaiko cream.
  3. When the pasta is done, drain thoroughly and add to the bowl with the mentaiko sauce. Add the butter and toss until the butter is melted and you have an even coating of sauce on each strand of pasta. Serve immediately and garnish with tobiko.
