REVIEW: RAMEN KIPPOSHI - BLUE RAMEN IN SHIBUYA TOKYO

Known for their blue ramen, Ramen Kipposhi is located approximately 7 minutes away from the Shibuya Train station. Here’s my bowl of chicken broth ramen that is freaking BLUE color and is inspired by the Hawaiian Sea?! I don't think Singapore can come out with this kind of novelty food.. The Japanese are so creative! To make the soup broth clear, the chef using a special method called Chintan to avoid making the soup cloudy while preserving the chicken taste.

Do not be put off by the Ocean blue Color as it’s only blue spirulina which has absolutely no taste but aids in your health instead. This comes with 4 pieces of tender sous vide chicken which is not served traditionally with ramen, onsen egg and vegetables. The ramen having absorbed the blue broth is also in a blue hue. Truly a bowl of aesthetic ramen that is good for health!  🍜 Apart from the blue ramen, Kipposhi offers the salt and shio base broth ramen too.
