REVIEW: FU XIANG SIGNATURES #CURRYPARTY2

Back to Fu Xiang Signatures for Round 2 of curry party! This time we had a plethora of dishes to try again! 

The sambal crispy pork ($6.90) was the star of this tasting session. True to its NOC food king food king good 👍👍👍 approval, this dish is to die for! The pork has this crispy exterior but tender, crunchy exterior that was oh so addictive! The sambal only elevates the flavor further and makes the whole dish so fragrant. so so good!! 

Up next is the curry assam tiger prawn($28)! Although the price is kind of pricey, you get what you paid for though! The prawns are tender and fresh. Other than the tiger prawns, lady’s finger and brinjal inside, you can also find vermicelli (dang hoon) inside. Everything just soaks up the tangy aromatic curry flavours! yum yum! The spicy and tangy kick was oh so evident in this pot of curry. 

Last but not least, we have the Assam seafood basket($28). One can tell that this one is much more richer and spicier with the addition of red curry paste making the curry so red in color. There's a plethora of seafood inside such as prawns, scallops, clams, mussels and an assortment of vegetables! Umami overload with this curry! 

Both of the curries has a large serving so order this to share! Best to eat with rice. (:

Fu Xiang Signatures never fails to amaze me with their wonderful rendition of curries and they continue to innovate and comes up with dishes that will tickle your taste buds!
