REVIEW: O'TAH AT JEWEL CHANGI AIRPORT - LEE WEE & BROTHERS NEW CONCEPT

 O'TAH is the new 24/7 F&B concept by Lee Wee & Brothers. Everyone knows Lee Wee & Brothers is famous for their Nasi Lemak but do you know that their new concept is to feature the OTAH.
Although just a 12-seater kiosk at the Food Hall of Jewel Changi Airport, they are selling a variety of food and is going to change how you look at Otah.

Here's their zhnged OTAH:
Pink Salmon Otah
Scallop Otah
Cream Cheese & Corn Otah
Petai & Anchovy Otah
These otahs are pretty hot & spicy but my favourite is the cream cheese otah as every mouthful of otah meat is so cheesy!

They also serve western food that has been O'TAH-FIED. 
Ben's Burger- A version of a classic burger, this sandwich is a mix of mackerel fish patty, fluffy charcoal buns, tomatoes, purple cabbages, caramelised onion and sunny side up. The crunchy exterior of the breaded fish patty encased tender meat. YUMS! 

Reuben Roll- Chunks of otah and prawn, anchovy crumbs and coleslaws, all housed within a buttery grilled brioche roll. 

TAH-co- Putting a local spin on this classic Mexican dish. The usual guacamole, salsa, corn and purple cabbage wrapped in a crispy tortilla but with breaded mackerel fish. 

O'TAH fries- Hand-cut hunks of mackerel fish otah fries accompanied with shoestring potato fries. Comes with lime and herb mayonnaise for that indulgent DIP.
