THAT NOODLE LIFE #MYEVERYDAYMEAL

My favorite food has to be noodles! 

Recently chanced upon these Korean dumplings at GIANT super market. These mushroom cabbage dumplings are really good leh! The dumplings has these chunks of shiitake mushroom in it and it really soaked up the broth making every bite a juicy one! The broth is made using Better Than Bouillon vegetable broth which has this mild vegetable taste that is not overpowering! On top of the dumplings, I also added 3 shiitake mushroom and garnished this with green onions.  

I also used the same noodle and broth and made a delicious and comforting bowl of noodle soup. These comes with my absolutely fav oyster mushroom with vegetables, carrot, luncheon meat and 7-11 hard boiled eggs.

So maybe you're like me and need a super quick and easy to make dinner this week?
I also made some braised noodles using this recipe. Added oyster mushrooms, white button mushrooms, luncheon meat, cherry tomatoes and some succulent prawns! I feel like this has to be one of the easiest sauce to put together. 

I also finally started to eat the instant noodles I have gotten from Japan from my trip last year in December. Really don't have the motivation to make any itinerary anymore so this year has been just to blog about the IG worthy places and restaurants/cafes that I have been to. I also tried to take some nice shots of the noodles. :x The first one has this citrusy flavour which I like and the portion was HUGE wor. Look at that #noodlelift ! The second one is this Nissin RAOH Koujuku Koku Miso Ramen. Didn't know that The RAOH brand is a premium brand for Nissin?! This reminds me of dan dan mian but more tamed? haha not as spicy.
