I was kind of skeptical when I saw that they had TRUFFLE pork ham as you know most food that has the word "truffle" is not using the real truffle but the oil. This can of luncheon meat actually has that REAL ITALIAN TRUFFLE stamp on it. Kelly's is actually a Singapore Homegrown processed meat manufacturer.

Is it obvious I still can't get over Korean food? HAHA. I made this Budae Jjigae (Army Stew) using a pre-packed sauce from Korea. Luncheon Meat is also an important component in this dish? Ya'll AGREE? The truffle pork ham luncheon meat has a tinge of spiciness and earthiness. You can see the black specks in the meat that is real Italian black summer truffles from Tuscany.
