If you're looking for a place to have yummy and affordable tze char dishes at Bishan, look no further as HAPPY GARDEN SEAFOOD (怡乐海鲜) is there for you. 

Just a stone throw away from Bishan MRT Station is the long-standing Happy Garden Seafood which is located within Kim San Leng(金山嶺) serving local tze char dishes. They have been operating at Bishan for close to 29 years and also been around in Singapore for almost 40 years. Truffle has been so common nowadays in the cafe scene from ramen, egg benedicts, burgers to pasta, xiao long bao, and waffles. What is uncommon is Truffle dishes in Local tze char stall. I'm not sure if other places in Singapore have done this so correct me if I'm wrong but they're probably one of the few.
