Great to clear the fridge with this 🍲 pot of Budae Jjigae (Army Stew). What's inside: Kimchi, Mushroom Dumplings, Mushrooms, and Luncheon Meat.
Great to have some Hearty Korean fare at home. Moderately spicy and oh so delicious! Finally cleared all the pre-packed Army Stew sauce I bought in Korea. The noodles really soaked up the broth well, making this a lip-smacking meal!

Aglio Olio with Vegetables

Pasta coated in a thick egg and parmesan cheese sauce with ham and mushroom. Garnished with spring onions. Japanese instant Eggdrop soup from @donkisg .
Having been making pasta dishes lately. To avoid scrambling the eggs, turn off the heat and add the egg mixture to the noodles. If you think the sauce is too thick, add some pasta water to thin it out.

Soybean paste stew (Doenjang Jjigae) with rice
This is one of the instant pack I bought from Korea~
The soup is thick and savoury but spicy at the same time! Best to eat with rice. Added my mushroom dumplings, luncheon meat and tofu. A healthy and #comfortfood and is a staple for rainy or cold days.
