With a resplendent array of gourmet roasts, holiday delights and handcrafted treats, hosting your year-end celebrations can now be hassle-free. A new savoury showstopper in this year's takeaway list is the oriental-inspired Honey Rock Hoisin Roasted Turkey. Infused with Executive Chef Eric Cheam’s homemade marinade for 48 hours before being slow-roasted, the new Honey Rock Hoisin Roasted Turkey is served with fragrant black sesame fried rice stuffing, sautéed brussels sprout with garlic and salted egg potato dumpling. Other new savoury highlights include Bourbon Orange-Glazed Bone-in Gammon Ham and Roasted Herb-Marinated Grass-Fed Ribeye. For the sweet tooth, indulge in the new addition Raspberry Cheese Igloo Cake with cheese mousse, raspberry jelly and digestive crunch; or the Valrhona Azelia Mushroom Cake with distinct layers of Azelia milk chocolate mousse, chocolate sponge cake and apricot jam, glazed with milk chocolate almond nips.
