Nagasaki Champon Noodles Recipe with Muji Nagasaki Chanpon Noodle Soup

Nagasaki Champon Noodles is like the ultimate comfort food la! So surprised to see this available at Muji Osaka and decided to buy this! I should have bought more than one. damn! This is the kind of noodle soup I would want to eat on a cold rainy day.

Nagasaki Champon noodles originated from none other than Nagasaki Japan. This is one of their regional specialities and is actually inspired by Chinese cuisine. Champon is made by frying pork, seafood and vegetables with lard; a soup made with chicken and pig bones is then added.

The Muji version has that richness and tastiness I would expect from the real Champon noodle soup.
