Paradise Group Launches Seasonal Items; Brings Back Beauty in The Pot’s Beloved Shrimp Broth

Gourmands, rejoice! Paradise Group’s stable of restaurants is set to launch a wide array of seasonal mainstays from 6 July for a limited time only. The highly popular Shrimp Broth by Beauty in The Pot will also be back! Each participating restaurant will be holding a special theme for its line-up of seasonal items. They are as follows: 

Beauty in The Pot’s Shrimp Broth is set to make a glorious return. Making the broth is a laborious process. Fresh big prawns are baked at 180°C for 45 minutes, hand-grinded to a fine texture, then simmered for more than eight hours with premium conpoy for an umami note. Also added to the luscious stock is a blend of spices such as star anise, cinnamon, clove, and white peppercorn, giving the broth a piquant oomph. With the addition of fresh clams, the rich and flavourful broth is enhanced with the natural sweetness of the ocean.

Mala lovers will go gaga over LeNu’s “Mala Overload” offerings. Fans of the Oscar-winning movie Parasite will find the “Parasite” Wagyu Beef with Soy Bean Paste Dry Noodle in Korean Style familiar.    

Paradise Dynasty’s “Shanghai Night” line-up pays tribute to the best dishes in the city. Expect delights such as Pork Ribs in Sweet Plum Sauce, and the Crispy Original Xiao Long Bao, a unique take on the classic soup dumplings.  

And from Shanghai to Hong Kong — Canton Paradise’s A medley of Hong Kong Classics will whisk you away to the city’s multi-faceted food scene. Whet your appetite with dishes such as the savory Stir-fried Lala with Ginger and Scallion in Claypot, Braised Pork Rib Mala Noodle (dry), and hearty Sliced Fish with Dried Oyster and Salted Egg Congee.

Le Shrimp’s Trio Tossed Ramen is back by popular demand. The al dente la mian is tossed with a specially concocted sauce that boasts the rich umami flavor of fresh prawns with a mildly spicy kick, then topped with peeled fresh prawns, ebiko prawn paste, prawn dumplings, cucumber strips and cabbage with "wok hei".

Satisfy your dim sum cravings with Paradise Teochew’s “Innovative Dim Sum”. Bond with your family over dishes such as Steamed Black Truffle Char Siew Bun, Pan-fried "Siew Mai" with Foie Gras Sauce, and Deep-fried Prawn with Toast.

Paradise Classic will dole out the best of Singapore and Malaysian zi char mainstays, including the irresistible Seafood Paradise Signature Creamy Butter Crab and lip-smacking Stewed Roasted Pork with Diced Chilli in Claypot.

Char siew lovers will certainly appreciate Canton Noodle Congee’s “Be Enchanted by the Magic of Char Siew” offerings. The melt-in-your-mouth ingredient stars in both rice and noodle dishes.

Paradise Hotpot will also offer Le Shrimp Ramen’s Hearty Shrimp Broth, which pairs impeccably with the restaurant’s array of homemade paste and premium meats.
