Hokkaido-Ya Brings You a Taste of Spring with Two New Seasonal Dishes

The Aburi Mentai Salmon-Una Don and Hokkaido Soup Curry are available for a limited time only

Spring is upon us! Hokkaido-Ya, a fast-casual eatery, is set to bring you two new seasonal dishes: Aburi Mentai Salmon-Una Don and Hokkaido Soup Curry. The authentic offerings will whisk you away to the heart of Hokkaido!

Aburi Mentai Salmon-Una Don (S$14.90): Enjoy the best of two worlds with this offering! The flame-seared salmon is paired with premium unagi. The moist and flaky salmon is topped with cod roe mayonnaise, which lends a piquant kick. Boasting a delightful smoky hint, the charcoal-grilled unagi is tender and has a savory-sweet finish. A heap of glistening tobiko sits in the center!

Hokkaido Soup Curry (S$14.90): Japanese soup curry is a dish that originated in Sapporo, Hokkaido. Hokkaido-Ya’s rendition features Kagoshima pork belly, carrots, lettuce, eggplants, and potatoes. The consistency of the soup curry is thinner compared with that of traditional Japanese curry. Spoon the soup curry, velvety, and packing a strong flavor, over the fragrant butter rice and enjoy the blissful mouthfuls!

Owned and managed by established Japanese restaurant chain Sushi Tei, Hokkaido-Ya offers gourmands quality Japanese fare at wallet-friendly prices. The passionate F&B team has thoughtfully developed each dish, and painstakingly sourced for premium and authentic ingredients such as hotate, ikura, Hokkaido ramen noodles, and fresh Norwegian salmon.

The two new dishes are available from 29 March 2021. While stocks last.
