As much as we love its pho, Mrs Pho is on another mission to refine its pursuit for authenticity with a brand new outlet at 313@somerset.
It’s not just a new venue at this latest outpost – new items are also on the menu to celebrate the new milestone, as well as updated recipes of classic items we have come to love.

Pho Like You’ve Never Had Before
Pho continues to headline the menu, but in deluxe renditions, like the Premium Pho (S$19.80). The classic beef rice noodle soup dish has been elevated with 36-hour sous vide short ribs marinated in a custom-made spice rub, served alongside silky smooth rice noodles in a heartwarming beef broth.
The popular Wagyu Pho (S$14.90) also sees its recipe improved, made doubly indulgent with premium beef from Japan. Add on a side serving of Beef Tendon Bowl (S$5.50) for the ultimate beef pho experience.
They make an appearance alongside affordable crowd favorites like Sliced Beef Pho (S$8.90), Chicken Pho (S$8.90), Spicy Beef Noodle (S$9.90), Crab Meat & Prawn Noodle (S$12.90), and more.

Begin every dining experience with authentically Vietnamese entrees like the improved Grilled Beef La Lot (S$5.90), the quintessential Vietnamese starter of minced beef wrapped in betel leaf, served with lettuce, pickled vegetables, and fine rice noodles. The Star Fruit Salad (S$8.90) is also a heightened experience with a new preparation technique that sees its beef slices marinated in lemon juice for more tender and flavourful textures.

Delectable Vietnamese tze-char style sharing dishes include an updated Stir-Fry Crab Meat Noodle (S$16.90 large, $10.90 small) that serves perfectly smoky wok-fried vermicelli topped with fresh crab meat and a Mountain Style Grilled Chicken (S$7.90) that is marinated with a new Vietnamese mix spice rub before it is cooked sous vide for invariably tender and juicy bites.

Greens are equally delicious with dishes like Claypot Eggplant with King Oyster Mushrooms (S$8.90) that see eggplant cooked to melt-in-your-mouth creaminess in the oyster sauce as well as Braised Mushroom Dry Noodles (S$9.90), a vegetarian take on the usual Mrs Pho Dry Noodles (bún thịt nướng).

Sweet Sensations
A whole new dessert menu entices sweet-tooths young and old. The must-try is the Marou Chocolate Mousse, (S$7.90) made from luxuriously smooth Vietnamese Marou chocolate. It is the first artisan chocolate maker to be based in Vietnam that makes bars from beans of superior quality, hand-picked from an island called Tan Phu Dong in the Mekong Delta. Its distinct flavor that blooms with unusual aromas of licorice to tobacco depending on the beans’ maturity, makes it one of the most exquisite chocolates in the world. Wake up in chocolate heaven as you indulge in this heavenly dessert! Other desserts include Grass Jelly with Coconut Milk (S$3.90) and an improved Crème Caramel (S$3.90).
