Baked Mushroom with Cheese and Egg (15 Pieces) RECIPE


Baked Mushroom with Cheese and Egg

Prep Time: 10 minutes 
Cooking Time: 15 minutes 
Difficulty: Easy 
Equipment: Oven 

Ingredients
10g Chopped Shallots 
10g Chopped Garlic 
5 Sprigs Fresh Thyme 
15-20 Pcs The Laughing Cow Cheese® Smoked Cubes 
15-20 Pcs Fresh Button Mushroom 
2 Tbsp Softened Butter 
8 Pcs Whole Quail Eggs (Boiled and halved) 
White Pepper Powder 
Salt 
Truffle Oil 
Freshly Chopped Parsley 

Method 
Preheat oven to 200oC using the Fan mode. 
Remove stem from the mushrooms and pat them dry after washing. 
Toss mushrooms with butter, thyme, garlic, and shallots; then, season with salt and pepper. 
Place the mushrooms on a baking tray with the caps facing up. 
Fill the caps with cheese cubes and bake for about 12 to 15 minutes. 
Top the mushrooms with the quail egg halves.
Season more to taste (if needed), drizzle with truffle oil, and garnish with parsley.
