RECIPE: Spaghetti with Rosemary

This simple spaghetti dish is ideal for any day of the week. A good pasta dish need not be complicated to be delicious! This simple Spaghetti with Rosemary is really simple but tasty. If you're not going for a meatless meal, you could also throw in some shrimps or meatballs like mine. As usual, some of the ingredients here are bought from redmart like the rosemary and pasta cream. 

Because of its strong and rich flavor, rosemary is frequently used to flavor meats and roasts but this recipe gives an aromatic and piney flavor to this Spaghetti with Rosemary dish.


Ingredients:

2 oz of spaghetti

4 sprigs of fresh rosemary

1/2 cup of whipping or pasta cream

1/4 cup of grated parmesan cheese

Salt and black pepper


Method:

1) Cooking pasta in salted water for about 10 minutes to achieve al-dente texture.

2) While pasta cooks, chop the rosemary finely. Add the chopped rosemary into a large bowl with the cream, cheese, and seasonings. 

3) Add the cooled pasta and toss it together quickly.

4) Ready to serve~

5) I used the toaster oven for the meatballs and tossed them together with the pasta and ingredients.
