The soufflé pancake specialist from Osaka which has long enthralled pancake lovers with its fluffy gravity-defying pancakes is opening its 2nd outlet on 12th July 2021.

To celebrate its opening, Gram is giving away a limited-edition Gram fluffy pancake cushion to the first 50 customers who make a purchase at its new Waterway Point outlet. That’s not all, customers who place orders for the special limited-edition Gram x Hershey's Premium Chocolate Lava Pancakes (S$20.90) from 12th to 18th July will be entitled to top up just 10 cents for a choice of Passionfruit Fizz or Strawberry Fizz.

The queue still snakes around the block and the pancakes still tower precariously tall. Osaka’s Insta-famous pancake parlor Gram Café & Pancakes is back with a second store after making waves and catching hearts of pancake lovers everywhere with its first store in VivoCity when they first arrived in Singapore. This time, Gram is expanding its footprints to Waterway Point; savvy commuters will note that it now has shops on both ends of the North-East line so you may have a taste of Gram’s famed pancakes from Harbourfront to Punggol!

At Gram Café & Pancakes, pancakes are passion. As the original of all Japanese Instagrammable soufflé pancakes, Gram Café & Pancakes serves up impossibly fluffy Japanese pancakes. Smell them before you see them. Walk into the café and the first thing you will notice is the strong and irresistible aroma of butter and sweet maple syrup which will unwittingly pull you into the mood for their pancakes.

Pancakes at Gram Café & Pancakes are slow-cooked on low heat and whipped full of air, resulting in a fluffy texture befitting of a cloud of cotton candy. They are delicious in their simplicity, depending only on premium ingredients, masterful technique, and a bit of butter and syrup to make the pancakes shine. Gram Café & Pancakes also prides itself on its butter, sauces, and cream toppings, all of which are made in-house.

This promises to be a chocolate lover’s dream come true.

If you’re not in the mood for chocolate, the Lotus Biscoff Premium Pancakes (S$18.90) makes for an equally indulgent treat with fluffy pancakes served with housemade whipped cream, fresh strawberries, blueberries, and Lotus Biscoff sauce. Swoon-worthy Savouries

It’s a balance at Gram, where the savories are equally as tantalizing as the sweets. Old favorites like Cheese Melt Brulee ($22.90) bring the perfect combination of sweet and savory with one serving of pancakes served with shrimp, bacon, and secret cheese sauce and another with fresh fruit and jam glaze. The Eggs Benedict ($22.90) elevates the classic breakfast dish of smoked salmon and bacon with poached egg and Hollandaise sauce with a base of fluffy pancakes instead of the atypical English muffin.
