RECIPE: How to make an easy Breakfast Plate

A full and satisfying breakfast is the best way to start the day in my opinion. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and you will have a breakfast fit for a king with this meal. All of my breakfast favorites are included. This definitely satiates my hunger and keeps me going for several hours. This paired perfectly with my iced coffee.

Ingredients:

2 tablespoon olive oil
2 eggs
2 sausages
2 hash browns
Salt and Pepper, to taste

Method:

How to panfry hash browns
1) In a skillet, heat one tablespoon of olive oil. In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the hash browns until golden brown and crispy, turning them with a spatula every 3 to 5 minutes. Set Aside.

How to panfry sausages
1) Toss in the sausages. As the sausages warm-up, a bit of the fat will begin to leak out; flip the sausages in the hot fat to coat them. Cook for another 15-20 minutes, move them around in the pan and turn them over frequently to ensure equal cooking.

2) When the outside of the sausages is a deep golden brown and the inside is pale but not pink or bloody, they're done.Set Aside

How to cook scrambled eggs
1) In a mixing bowl, crack 2 eggs, season with salt, and whisk.

2) Coat the surface of your hot skillet with one tablespoon of olive oil. Fill the skillet halfway with eggs. Keep the heat on medium/medium-low; if the skillet becomes too hot, the eggs will cook too quickly. When you pour the eggs in, they will immediately begin to cook. Begin pulling the cooked outer edges towards the center of the eggs with a spatula. Uncooked eggs will flood the area from which you just retreated.

3) Turn off the heat when the eggs are 90% cooked. When the eggs are done, serve immediately.
