REVIEW: Good hawker food in Singapore: Moonlight Hor Fun at Sin Hoi Sai Eating House 新海山菜馆

Sin Hoi Sai Eating House is an old school neighborhood Tze char stall. They have 2 outlets in Singapore serving Zi Char and Seafood dishes, one at Tiong Bahru and Katong. While looking through good places that serve up good Moonlight hor fun, this came up in the search.

Sin Hoi Sai Eating House Menu

The first impression is that this looks like KEK, but their taste was so different. Hor fun had a silky smooth texture that was boosted by the raw egg yolk in between, and when mixed with the black sauce and great wok hei, it was one of the most delicious hor fun I've ever eaten. This wasn't overly salty. There's a good amount of ingredients such as seafood and pork in it too.
