White Restaurant Celebrates Christmas with Festive Staples Added to Its Signature Classics for a Taste of Festivities

As everyone gears up for Christmas, so does White Restaurant with a series of new dishes, created especially for the holidays. This festive season, expect its signature dishes, the Original White Beehoon and Signature Mala White Beehoon, dressed up with Christmas staples like turkey and “mini lobsters”, otherwise known as crawfish for a luxe take on its renowned comfort food offerings.






A Festive Take on Familiar Flavours White Restaurant presents its own take on turkey with the
Flambé Honey-Smoked Turkey Breast ($15.80)
. Lean honey-smoked turkey breast meat is evenly sliced before being doused in honey, Hua Diao wine, and smoked oil, and left to marinate for a day. It is then cooked until the sauce runs thick and further fried until smoky and charred for a turkey treat that will prove to be highly addictive. The final flair comes upon serving – it is set on fire and flambéed in front of diners upon order for a treat for the eyes on top of the lips.





The Wok-fried Australian Asparagus with Walnuts ($15.00) is White Restaurant’s homage to another Christmas staple ingredient, the walnut. Australian asparagus is cleaned and sliced up before stir-fried with shiitake mushrooms and fragrant roasted walnuts for a dish big on flavor and festive spirit.




White Restaurant’s namesake Original Sembawang White Beehoon dish gets a luxe update with the Tiger Prawn and Turkey White Beehoon ($17.80). Tiger prawns are cooked in the gravy of White Beehoon for an extra layer of sea sweetness before turkey slices are added for a Christmas touch. Diners can also opt for a switch to the Signature Mala White Beehoon at no additional cost.





Their Crawfish & Turkey Mala White Beehoon ($15.80) will sit well with spice and seafood lovers. Also synonymous with Christmas, crawfish lends a festive feel to the Signature Mala White Beehoon, especially when cooked into the soup for extra punch in flavors. The fiery spice of Sichuan peppercorn laced into the restaurant’s signature white beehoon dish tingles upon first taste and slowly builds into a mouth-numbing kick for a dish to well remember. The original portion comes with 8 crawfish but stays tuned to White Restaurant’s TikTok channel for a hack to get a free upgrade to a larger portion with 12 crawfish.





For a spot of greens, the Cabbage with Bacon in Double Broth ($14.80) is a sweet crunchy vegetable dish that sees cabbage cooked in a potent old chicken, pork, and Jinhua ham double broth. The soft cabbage in rich broth is then topped with crispy bacon for extra crunch.
