Indulge in the Stir-Fried Pork Collar with Scallions 三葱炒猪颈肉(U.P $16.90) where the beautiful cut of meat with perfect fat marbling is stir-fried with shallots, spring onions, and leaks for extra fragrance. 

Seafood lovers will be delighted to know that the HUAT HUAT set also includes Grilled Seabass with Lemongrass 傣味香茅草烤鲈鱼 (U.P $28.80) – a crowd favorite at YUN NANS. Marinated with Chef’s secret blend of 6 spices, the seabass is grilled over charcoal to ensure a crisp skin with smoky fragrance while maintaining the tenderness of its flesh.
