This 15th Wine Connection Restaurant continues on the group’s brand philosophy that sees an integrated wine shop within so diners may pick up their preferred wines off the shelves and enjoy them in the restaurant at retail prices from only $40++ per bottle. Don’t fancy a bottle? It’s ok, a large selection of wine by the glass from $8++ is available too!  

 

Opening Promotion 

In conjunction with the opening of the 15th Wine Connection, look forward to opening promotions of food at only $15 and pairing options with a glass of wine at $5

From 18 to 31 July 2023, enjoy the best value food and wine pairing for only $20. Select items from Wine Connection Bistro’s ala carte menu are going for only $15, alongside a selection of wine by the glass, available for a top-up of only $5. 

Take your pick from BBQ Pork Ribs (UP $24) for juicy ribs promising hand-eaten satisfaction, Truffle & Mushroom Fettuccine (UP $22) for a creamy, earthy pasta delight, Tuna Risoni (UP $19) of cheesy rice-shaped pasta emboldened with pan seared tuna chunks, or Hawaiian Pizza (UP $20) for a classic sweet and savory pizza. Sweets offer the Dessert Medley ($19) to round things off. 

With any order of the above dishes, diners are entitled to a glass of wine for an additional $5. The options include the Brumale Montepulciano d’Abruzzo DOC (UP $8), Famiglia Castellani Chianti Classico Riserva DOCG (UP $11), Fat Bastard Chardonnay (UP $9), La Gironda Moscato D’Asti (UP $8) and Johnson Estate Sauvignon Blanc (UP $10). The promotion is limited to only one glass per dish ordered.

Until 31 August 2023, buyers can look forward to stocking up on their favorite wines with Wine Connection’s promotion of $15 off with $100. Valid at Wine Connection Shop and Wine Connection Bistro Westgate, the promotion is applicable only on regular-priced items in a single receipt. At Wine Connection Bistro, the promotion is applicable only for dine-in orders and not takeaways. And, not available to be used with any other promotions.

Wine Connection Bistro provides culinary pairings to its wines via its 15 outlets in Singapore. The food menu brings wine-pairing classics from pastas and pizzas to hot mains and desserts. This integration of food and wine is Wine Connection’s way of giving diners an all-in-one dining and shopping experience where a menu of Mediterranean-inspired dishes is made to pair with an array of wines by the glass from $8++ or by the bottle from $40++. 

To begin, select from platters galore bringing together cheeses, cold cuts, and charcuterie like the Mixed Platter ($46) of artisanal farm cheeses, imported ham, bread basket and condiments, Mixed Cheese Platter ($24) of only cheese or the Mixed Cold Cuts Platter ($24) of the best cold cut meats. 

Standalone appetizers entice with options of Eggplant Parmigiana ($17) of baked eggplant in tomato sauce topped with parmesan and mozzarella cheese as well as Spanish Style Gambas ($18) of sauteed shrimps cooked in garlic and dusted in paprika, olive oil, and chili flakes. Miss not the Burrata on Heirloom Tomato Salad ($24) of fresh burrata from Italy served on a bed of marinated heirloom tomatoes, Tuna Tartare ($21) of sashimi-grade tossed in teriyaki sauce and ginger dressing accompanied by diced avocados, cucumber, and zucchini for texture, as well as the Beef Tataki ($19) of lightly seared and marinated thin slices of Black Angus beef.

Pastas will satiate all carb cravings with meatless iterations like Truffle & Mushroom Fettucine ($22) of fettuccine and king mushrooms doused in a black truffle cream sauce and Pesto Fettuccine ($17) that presents more herbaceous flavors from a cashew nut pesto sauce, brightened with cherry tomatoes and shaved parmesan. A taste of home comes with the Homemade Lasagna ($18) of hearty beef lasagna topped with melted gratinated mozzarella and Mozzarella & Spinach Ravioli ($20) presenting medallions of ravioli stuffed with spinach and mozzarella finished off with shaved parmesan, tomato sauce and fresh basil. 

Bolder flavors are not amiss with classics like Smoked Chilli Aglio Olio ($15) of your choice of spaghetti or penne fragranced with smoked chili, garlic, paprika, and extra virgin olive oil, Bolognese ($18) with ground beef, tomato sauce, and shaved parmesan, Carbonara ($18) of creamy bacon goodness as well as Vongole ($20) of sweet fresh clams infused with white wine, garlic and a dash of herbs. 

Pizzas stay true to tradition with 12-inch  classic flavors like Burrata ($26), Margarita ($19), Hawaiian ($20), and Capricciosa ($20). For slices with a twist, try the hot and spicy Diavola ($24) of pepperoni, jalapenos, and chili flakes or the fragrant Mediterranean ($19) marrying grilled eggplant, zucchini, cherry tomatoes, shallots, and spinach with lashings of mozzarella.
