Explore four exciting flavors with our Flaming Sotbap series—Hangari Marinated Chicken, Pork Jowl, Wagyu Tteokgalbi, and Scallop Mentai-Mayo. Each donburi is skillfully flamed to elevate the taste of the meat, infusing every bite with a captivating aroma.

Scallop Mentai-Mayo Sotbap: This dish features perfectly cooked scallops that are slightly firm, soft, and succulent, topped with creamy mentai-mayo sauce.
