What i eat in a day - Weekend edition

1) I made some breakfast for myself!! I have cherry tomatoes, baby carrots, baby corns, hams, enoki mushrooms, scrambled eggs and 2 pork sausages. Is this healthy enough? More vegetables than meat though.

2) Made some tumeric cinnamon japanese rice bowl? I basically have the same ingredients except for broccoli. The spices does make a rice a very nice yellow color that is good for photos but taste wise? Does not do anything. LOL. Any recommendations to make it yummmy would be nice? I posted this on instagram and someone suggested adding nuts and raisins. 

3) I bought some onsen eggs from the 7-11 store. Whipped up a noodle soup bowl with pretty much the same ingredients as well except for the crab stick.
