My Everyday Meal #47

1) Made a different kind of rice bowl with blue pea flower. IKEA Meatballs and enoki mushrooms cooked in balsamic vinegar with poached eggs on a bed of japanese short grain rice. Added seaweed inside as well! You can go here to find out how i extract the blue from the flower.

2) I also made some cute bear ones from the mould i got from tokyo! 

3) I got these instant Jjajangmyeon from a korean mart and decided to make this for dinner one day. FYI, Jjajangmyeon is Noodles with blackbean sauce and it is a kind of Korean cuisine. very yummy!!

4) Made carbonara with ikea meatballs as sides. I also put a satay stick through the meatballs. 

5) Aglio Olio with ham. 

6) Japanese short grain rice mixed with seaweed in a pool of tomato stew with tomatoes, meatballs, mushrooms and vegetables. #comfortfood BTW, i bought this tomato stew bouillon cube from don don donki.
