REVIEW: Good hawker food in Singapore: Chaoyang Prawn Noodle 潮阳仔虾面 at Toa Payoh Lor 5 Food Centre - OPENS UNTIL 1AM

Toa Payoh Lorong 5 Food Centre seems to be the supper spot for many people. Some of the stalls operate past 12 midnight such as He Jia Huan Ban Mian. Make Chaoyang Prawn Noodle 潮阳仔虾面 one of your supper choices as they operate until 1am. I ordered the pork rib prawn noodles which come with chunks of tender pork ribs, 5 small prawns, pork slices, and bean sprouts.  If you're near Toa Payoh or Braddell, you can go check out this food stall.

The al dente noodles went perfectly with the broth which has a satisfactory umami mouthful and pork flavors. 

The pork ribs are fall off the bone tender! so good! However, the prawns are so-so only and not deveined.
