REVIEW: Good Hawker food in Singapore: Blanco Court Fresh Fish Soup at Beauty World Food Centre

There were many yummy hawker food stalls at the Beauty World Food Centre such as You Peng Noodle Dumpling House, MENTAI SENS, Feng Xiang Bak Kut Teh, PINK CANDY, BUTA KIN, and TOP 1 HOMEMADE NOODLES. Finally, try the Blanco Court Fresh Fish Soup at Beauty World Food Centre for dinner. I think this was a pretty well-known shop and they have been around since 1978!

I decided to try the sliced fish soup with and without milk. The Batang fish was soft, fresh, and tender. I had high hopes for the soup but I have tasted better ones. The one with milk wasn't very nice and the milk kind of overshadows the broth. The one without milk was okay and not memorable.
